Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The research articles sent were articles that had never been published. To avoid duplication MEDICORDHIF does not accept articles that are also sent to other journals at the same time to be published.

Research Article

Writing procedure :

1. The title is written in Indonesian.
2. Abstracts made in Indonesian and English, in an unstructured form with a maximum number of 200 words, must reflect the contents of the article, concise and clear, so that the reader can understand the aspects of the study without having to read the entire contents of the article. Typed with one single column space.
Keywords are listed on the same page as the abstract. Choose 3-5 words that can help formulate the index.
3. Articles written in the letters "Times New Roman", font size 12, spaced one half.
4. Articles that include tables and images must be typed 1 space in the jpg / jpeg format. Each page is numbered sequentially starting from the title page to the last page with a maximum of 12 pages.
5. Reports on human research must obtain a signed informed consent.

The systematics of writing research results is as follows:
1. Research Title
2. Name and institution of the author
3. Abstract in Indonesian and English
4. Keywords
5. Introduction (without subtitles, contains background problems and a little literature review, and research problems / objectives).
6. Research methods
7. Research result
8. Discussion
9. Conclusions and recommendations
10. Bibliography

Research in the form of literature review / conceptual articles (equivalent to research results) is a review article from a journal and / or a book on the science of medical records and the latest infokes, made by loading :

1. Research Title
2. Name of author and institution of the author
3. Abstract in Indonesian and English
4. Introduction (without subtitles)
5. Subtitles as needed
6. Closing (conclusions and suggestions)
7. Bibliography
 

Technical Writing

1. Titles are written in uppercase letters 12 points, short titles with a maximum number of 40 characters including letters and spaces. Put in the top center of the first page. Subtitles with 11 points.

2. Name and institution of the author. The name of the author without a degree, the workplace institution is written completely and clearly. Address of correspondence, telephone number and e-mail address.

3. The bibliography is written in accordance with the Vancouver writing rules, numbered according to the appearance in the entire text written in a super script. The number of references is at least 10 references that have been published in the last 10 years. It is mentioned 5 names of authors then at al.

4. All contents in the text are the responsibility of the author. The editorial team has the right to edit the manuscript concerning language and forms without changing the contents of the text. Each author must include an email address for correspondence.
